Policies
Deposit: $50 (non-refundable) is due at time of registration. Please see individual retreat page for additional payment information.
Cancellations: Please see individual retreat page for detailed cancellation guidelines.
Minimums: Should the minimum number of attendees not be met, All About ME Retreats, LLC reserves the right to cancel the event. You will be offered an option of a refund for any monies paid or to have any monies paid be applied to a future event.
Sleeping Rooms: With the exception of Destination Retreats (i.e. Monterey), sleeping rooms can be booked directly with the hotel where the retreat is being held. Room rates are provided by the hotel. Specific to Destination Retreats, should a roommate (self-chosen) become unable to fulfill their commitment to the sleeping room arrangement the roommate(s) are responsible working out any financial commitments between them. All About ME Retreats, LLC will make every effort to assist guests to find a roommate if needed.
Should a roommate become unable to fulfill their commitment to the sleeping room arrangement, the canceling person is responsible for their relative room cost obligations unless an alternate roommate can be found.
Disclaimer: All About ME Retreats, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles, thefts, injuries or unforeseen- minor or catastrophic events that may occur during the retreat. Please secure your valuables using appropriate levels of care. Registration releases All About ME Retreats, LLC from any responsibility for losses or damages. Guest’s should undertake the upmost care for safety when using tools. Only paid, registered guests are allowed in the crop room. Must be age 15 or older with a parent or legal guardian supervision. Please consider that adult topics may be discussed during the retreat.
Once your registration is confirmed you will be notified where to mail deposit and final payment.
